Job summary

Pomeroy Lodging's Chances Casino FSJ in Fort St. John seeks an experienced gaming floor supervisor to lead daily operations and guest experiences. You will oversee the Table Games Department and work with your team to deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining performance standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and a flexible schedule are required. IGCO licensing may be required; opportunities for growth and development are available within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a casino environment; supervisor level or higher is an asset.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Outstanding customer service & interpersonal skills.
• IGCO license required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day gaming operations and provide operational support across departments.
• Oversee all areas of the Table Games Department.
• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines of Chances Casino FSJ, BCLC, and IGCO.
• Demonstrate leadership and professional image to guests, associates, community representatives, vendors and authorities.
