Job summary

The McMurray Group, owner of A&W Restaurants in Western Canada, is hiring a Cashier at Cap Corner, AB. This permanent role offers up to 40 hours per week with Graveyard shifts and opportunities to grow within the team.

You will take orders, handle payments, greet guests, maintain cleanliness, and support food service. The position rewards reliability, teamwork, and a positive guest experience, with training and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and handle payments using our POS system
• Greet guests and answer menu questions
• Ensure every order is accurate and delivered with a smile
• Assist teammates with preparing and serving food and drinks
• Help keep service running smoothly during busy periods
• Restock fridges, cupboards, and workstations
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Jump in where needed to help the shift run smoothly
