Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance is hiring a part-time cashier to support daily store operations in Thetford Mines, Canada. The role involves processing merchandise scans, managing payments, and ensuring price accuracy.

• As a cashier, you will punch and/or scan merchandise selected by the customer.
• Ensure accuracy of prices punched/scanned and make cancellations according to established standards.
• Handle cash and media and make deposits according to established policies.
• Ensure the balance of the cash register and respect productivity standards (sales/hours, punching/minute).
