Job summary

GardaWorld Cash Services in Sudbury, ON, is seeking a Cash Vault Supervisor to lead the cash processing team. You will plan, organize, and manage daily work, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong relationships with unionized employees.

• Experience managing unionized staff.
• Experience with cash handling and processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and make decisions.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work activities.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Knowledge of the cash services industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the department’s resources and work processes cost effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that customer contractual obligations are achieved.
• Monitor and improve the department's profitability and security continually.
• Maintain accountability for the department's performance.
• Carry out on‑the‑job induction training.
• Ensure all positions are staffed and executed properly and on time.
• Promote Health and Safety of Branch Personnel.
• Monitor service levels and take corrective action as needed.
• Manage staff to maintain high operational efficiency.
• Ensure company procedures, standards and security guidelines are followed.
• Brief departmental staff on operational and company matters.

We are hiring a Cash Vault Supervisor for our Cash Services division in Sudbury, ON.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be in charge of the Cash Processing team. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the work of your teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.
