Job summary

Powell Contracting on-site in North Vancouver, BC, seeks a skilled tradesperson for residential construction projects. You will read blueprints and sketches to determine work requirements, measure and assemble materials, and help erect walls and roof systems on the job site.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, no degree, and Fall Arrest Protection training. You will work on-site with own transportation and a valid driver’s license; benefits include health, dental, and life insurance.

• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements.

• Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
• Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites.
• Supervise other workers.
