Air Borealis is seeking a Cargo Support Supervisor for our Goose Bay operation. You will oversee cargo procedures, coordinate agents, and ensure timely, compliant service while maintaining high customer satisfaction and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in airline operations with supervisory experience and strong knowledge of cargo handling and Transport Canada regulations. Collaboration with coastal teams and cross-functional partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in airline operations or related field.
• Supervisory/management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cargo handling and Transport Canada regulations required.
• Experience improving efficiency and safety in operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate cargo procedures and implement new processes.
• Set work priorities and delegate to Cargo Agents.
• Ensure deadlines and procedures are followed.
• Plan cargo services with stakeholders and follow up on inquiries.
• Handle customer freight and logging of shipments.
• Review cargo billing and reconcile discrepancies with YYT accounts.
