University of Lethbridge is seeking a full-time caretaker to perform janitorial tasks, including cleaning, recycling, and move-out servicing. The role supports campus housing and general facilities operations on site in Lethbridge.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 12 months of related experience, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with strong time management and customer service skills. WHMIS is a plus and CPR/First Aid are desirable.

Reporting to the Manager, Caretaking Services, this position is responsible for janitorial work. Janitorial work includes but is not limited to general cleaning and recycling. This position will assist with the completion of minor maintenance projects and operating cleaning equipment. This position is responsible to fully clean residence apartments for move out. It may also be responsible to clean hotel rooms, set beds, clean laundry, fold and inventory linen.
Successful applicants will be fully trained in all aspects of the position prior to beginning work. This full-time Facilities Operations 3 position will need to meet the Caretaking Cleaning Expectations, follow standard operating procedures, and safe work practices. The successful candidates must be able to work independently, or on a team, have great time management, and be efficient.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 12 months of related work experience.

Starting Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $3,426.00 - $3,751.00 monthly
Full Salary Range (at 1.0 FTE) $3,426.00 - $4,075.00 monthly (AUPE - Grade 3)
