The caretaker, who reports to the Residence Services Manager is responsible for providing support across Residence Services through general maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping duties. This position helps maintain a clean, safe, functional and welcoming environment for students, staff, conference guests and visitors by supporting the day-to-day operation of residence and conference facilities. The Caretaker performs custodial, housekeeping, event setup, and general maintenance tasks while ensuring work is completed in accordance with established procedures, health and safety legislations, and University Standards.
