Job summary

Right at Home Northeast Nebraska is seeking caregivers to support clients in home care. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and provide companionship while following individualized care plans.

The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and hands-on local leadership. A compassionate, independent team player with a year of caregiving experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and a clear background.

Qualifications

• At least one year of prior experience as a caregiver in assisted living, long-term care, or home care setting is required.
• Driver's license plus reliable vehicle (required)
• Clear Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Search

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, hygiene)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• Prepare simple meals and support feeding
• Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning)
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
• Follow personalized care plans and document observations
