Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
• Private sector experience.
• Experience with career services delivery and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers world-class career services for UBC Sauder students.
• Builds relationships with local, national and global employers to expand opportunities.
• Plans, evaluates and improves career programs and events.
• Leads workshops and provides advising in person and online.
