POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Career & Employment Specialist (CES) will provide job placement and career coaching services to NPower Canada program participants and alumni . The CES plays a pivotal role in ensuring that program participants and alumni secure 20 percent employment success during program, or meeting a goal of 80 per cent employed within 6 months of graduation. This includes developing participants’ employment readiness skills, fostering job placement opportunities with employer partners and guiding participants throughout their employment journey both during and after the program completion .
*This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months

Collect and address relevant data and track program metrics within CRM tools that indicate status/progress and outcomes, all as required by ongoing NPower Canada funder and internal reporting requirements.
