Work Setting: Exclusively Onsite - 2930 Lake Shore Blvd. West, Toronto, ON.

Salary: External Rate I7: $59,282.34
Internal Rate I8: $60,492.18

Integrated Employment Services at WoodGreen is a high-performance team that improves communities, families, and individual lives through effective access to employment. Working at a local Integrated Employment Services Centre or other sites in the City of Toronto, they rapidly help high-need jobseekers obtain quality, sustainable employment. The employment needs in Toronto are intense, and our staff bring compassion, energy, focus, and skill to address these needs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. WoodGreen’s staff are supported by caring managers, training, tools, procedures, and systems for success. What You Will Do
  1. Serve as the primary subject matter expert within the specific practice area, providing guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  2. Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and methodologies, integrating them into daily operations.
  3. Provide coaching and mentorship to support professional development and continuous improvement.
  4. Develop, implement, and monitor standards, protocols, and workflows for consistency and quality.
  5. Collaborate with the manager to develop and refine strategic objectives.
  6. Assess practices regularly, identify improvements, and recommend solutions.
  7. Act as a liaison to promote collaboration among team members, departments, and external partners.
  8. Lead or participate in meetings, training, and knowledge-sharing to enhance team capacity.
  9. Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
  10. Perform core duties of the specific role (e.g., Employment Consultant, Job Developer, etc.) with a reduced caseload.
  11. Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting related to the practice area.
  12. Use data insights to inform recommendations and demonstrate impact.
  13. Contribute to report and presentation development for stakeholders.
  14. Identify opportunities to pilot new approaches and initiatives.
  15. Advocate for resources, training, and support to improve practice team effectiveness.
  16. Represent the organization in external forums, committees, and events relevant to the practice area.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Project Management, Social Services, or related field.
  • High level of expertise and experience in the core role or practice area.
  • Initiative in supporting peers through coaching, training, and resources.
  • Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to the role.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems.
