Job summary

Fraser Health Authority in Surrey, BC is seeking a Casual Scheduler for Home Support Services to coordinate and maintain scheduling for designated HH/HS staff, ensuring services align with client needs. Under supervision, you will prepare and adjust schedules, relay changes to staff and clients, and document activity while supporting a positive patient experience.

Education: Grade 12 plus an Office Administration Certificate with two years of related experience; strong planning, communication

Qualifications

Grade 12 with related administrative certificate.
Equivalent combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.
Experience in home support scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepares and adjusts schedules for designated Home Health/Home Support (HH/HS) staff to meet client needs and care plans.
Contacts staff regarding schedule changes and documents cancellations.
Receives client feedback and informs Manager of difficulties in CHW placement.
Assigns staff for absences per collective agreement.
Liaises with Manager regarding staffing requirements and reviews CHW timesheets.
Maintains client records and statistical information.
Orients new officestaff to scheduling procedures.
Performs other related duties.
