ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking an Assignment Coordinator to match clients with suitable field staff and to coordinate care schedules. You will handle data entry, respond to inquiries from funders and families, and document interactions to ensure seamless service delivery.

• One year administrative or office experience is an asset.
• Scheduling experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Compassion and empathy when interacting with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assign appropriate staff to patients based on factors such as times and staff availability.
• Build a care schedule for patients.
• Enter and update employee and patient data in the system.
• Respond professionally to calls and electronic communications from funders, staff, patients, and families.
• Document and report all staff and patient interactions.
