The role reports to the Executive Director and requires a diploma in Accounting or Business Administration and a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, including ADP WFN payroll exposure. Strong organizational skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Accounting/Business Administration diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience including accounts receivable or payroll.
• Experience with union payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Preparation of month-end and trust fund reporting.
• Support compliance with applicable laws and collective agreements.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in audits.
