At Spark Lifecare, we do healthcare differently. We've arrived in Hamilton, Ontario this Summer 2025. We are lookingto add one exceptional individual to Spark's Care Partner team in the Hamilton area, who will grow their own home care business with the full support of Spark's marketing and recruitment teams.

What does it look like to be a Spark Lifecare Care Partner (Care Coordinator)?

  • A turn-key opportunity for running a home care business to better serve your region
  • Using Sparks brand, operational platforms, and resources, you will be able to launch their healthcare model in your own community. This means matching clients seeking services with healthcare providers in your community or virtually. The result is an accessible, individualized service model to help others, facilitated by YOU!
  • As a Care Partner, you will be focused on networking and marketing Spark to relevant agencies or individuals, conducting intakes to learn about your clients needs, and matching them with one of many caring and skilled individuals hired by Sparks team of recruitment specialists.
  • You will provide virtual qualitative oversight as care services continue and will be paid based on the hours of care you supervise, with 50% of the profits returned to you, and thepotential to earn up to $91k/year as you grow your business and caseload.

If you are also a healthcare practitioner, you can maximize profits by providing care directly to clients while also overseeing hours.
Spark Lifecare Care Partners will gain access to industry-leading business assets including:

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to diplomatically provide feedback, foster professional relationships, and build a successful team in your area.
