Role Description

The role involves maintaining regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers to support satisfaction and retention, as well as collaborating with service and finance teams to provide a seamless buying experience. The Car Sales Specialist is also expected to stay informed about Kia models, incentives, and market trends, and contribute to showroom presentation and promotional events.
