Job summary

Sinai Health is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Capital Redevelopment Department in Toronto. The role focuses on coordinating tasks, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of capital projects while minimizing disruption to patients and staff.

You will work closely with Project Managers, manage schedules, and facilitate user group input and procurement processes. A collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in construction project management or facilities management.
• Healthcare experience is a plus, with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tasks and support managers across capital projects.
• Assist with RFI/RFP documents and consultant procurement.
• Prepare schedules, meetings, and procurement lists.
• Support user groups and stakeholders to capture feedback.
• Ensure documentation and approvals for contractors and vendors.
