Job summary

A leading mental health organization in Toronto is seeking a Project Director to oversee redevelopment initiatives. This full-time, permanent role requires strong project management and leadership skills, with a focus on large-scale construction projects. Qualifications

• 15 years of work experience in large scale construction, preferably related to P3 projects.
• Previous work experience with a general contractor is preferred.
• Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in a second language is an asset.

• Provide hands-on project management leadership during all stages of Redevelopment Projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead approval processes with authorities having jurisdiction.
