Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
• Deep experience in Capital Markets, with a focus on Fixed Income workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Snowflake, AWS, Spark.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirement discovery, validation, and documentation of both functional and non‑functional needs.
• Serve as SME on TMX business activities, advising on how systems serve internal/external partners.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and apply industry best practices to streamline operations.
• Translate BRDs into robust technical specifications with developers/architects.
• Oversee data onboarding/integration with third‑party vendors and ensure data integrity.
• Design test cases and coordinate UAT and end‑user training for go‑live transitions.
• Support project managers with scoping, timelines, and risk management.
