TMX Group seeks a Business Analyst with capital markets expertise to map requirements and translate business needs into functional specs for CDS and CSMS platforms. You will work with users and IT to drive clear, testable outcomes.

Requirements include 5+ years in business analysis, experience with Agile and Waterfall, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in business analysis across functions.
• Proven ability to map requirements and define use cases.
• Experience leading joint analysis and design sessions.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• University degree in technology related field or business.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and configure modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams on design, configuration, and integration.
• Act as SME during design, development, and implementation phases.
• Develop and execute change management plans and training materials.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
