Job summary

Kindred Partners, a dedicated cannabis sales broker, seeks a Territory Manager to join our high-energy team in interior BC, including the Okanagan. You will drive sales, manage routes, and grow distribution while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will leverage consultative selling, brand concepts, and market knowledge to meet quotas, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with retailers and suppliers across the region.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of selling experience in FMCG.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of Cannabis Industry Regulations and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory coverage and execute sales calls to meet quotas.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Plan daily/weekly/monthly routes with distribution objectives.
• Report competitive activities and provide strategic input.
• Provide product and brand knowledge through training and sales aids.
• Promote brand concepts and manage price points.
