Job summary

Olli Brands Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive distribution and sales growth across Ontario. You will partner with licensed retailers, execute account plans, and strengthen relationships to position OBi as a preferred supplier.

You will manage budgets, lead store visits, conduct trainings, and collaborate with brand, marketing, and leadership teams while traveling 70–80% across Ontario. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in cannabis/CPG sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in cannabis, CPG, beverage alcohol, or other fast-paced industries.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Effective negotiator with strong influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Account Management: build trusted partnerships with retailers and plan activities to meet distribution and sales objectives.
• Sales Execution: conduct sales calls, staff trainings, in-store demos, and promotional execution.
• Market Insights & Collaboration: monitor competitors and collaborate with brand, marketing, and leadership teams.
