Inspired Cannabis is seeking a Store Keyholder to lead daily operations in Quinte West, Ontario. You will model exceptional customer service, coach teammates, and ensure smooth store performance during busy periods.

You will guide the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance with regulations, while maintaining store standards and accuracy in opening and closing procedures. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and support teammates.
• Provincial cannabis certification (e.g., CannSell or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve escalations.
• Support team with cannabis education and product knowledge.
• Help achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Coach team on product recommendations and sales techniques.
