We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team and help shape the future of entertainment lighting in the Canadian market. Whether it’s concert halls, theatres, houses of worship, or film sets, our lighting solutions power the moments that move audiences—and we want YOU to help us take that energy to the next level.

What Will You Do?

  • Build relationships with a Solution Sales approach, using technical knowledge and internal support resources.
  • Grow the A.C. Americas’ business and achieve/exceed annual sales targets with existing and new accounts.
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities within the defined market while developing relationships with dealers, rental companies, lighting designers, theatrical lighting consultants, and key influencers.
  • Arrange travel schedule to visit existing and new potential clients, attend dealer open houses and trade shows plus product training with the target of spending 50%+ of the time in front of customers on the road.
  • Communicate effectively with management on activities, successes, challenges, and other relevant industry news.
  • Facilitate the shipping, tracking, and processing demo equipment.
  • Prepare and provide customers with professional sales quotations based on company guidelines.
  • Arrange for timely order shipment to meet the client’s expectations, based on product availability and required in-house dates.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction ratings with existing and new accounts.
  • Coordinate and attend dealer ‘Open House’ days.
  • Attend all required industry trade shows.
  • Learn all exclusive product lines and develop the skill set to effectively demonstrate and showcase each product line.
  • Organize, promote, and assist with coordinating product, dealer, and staff training sessions including online/virtual events (webinars, demos, training, team & client meetings, etc.).
  • Travel: approx. 50% throughout the region and occasionally internationally.

What Do You Need To Succeed?

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently or with a team
  • 3-5+ years of professional lighting and product application experience.
  • Knowledge of professional lighting products and systems with a focus on the Theatrical, Production Rental, House of Worship and, Corporate A/V markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to develop relationships with dealers, rental companies, lighting designers, theatrical lighting consultants and key influencers
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Valid Passport – Significant travel required both local and international
  • Familiarity with ACA/ACL product lines is considered a asset

This position offers competitive compensation starting at $80,000.00/annually (negotiable) based on experience, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative work environment.
