Job summary

Form3 is seeking a Business Analyst with strong payments experience to join our Product team and help build the Canadian Real-Time Rail (RTR) gateway. You’ll work with the Product Manager to translate payment schemes into actionable requirements and guide delivery.

You’ll analyse the Canadian payments landscape, write clear user stories and specs, and collaborate across Product and Engineering to drive delivery in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within payments, banking or FinTech.
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian payments ecosystem and Interac e-Transfer.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories and specs.
• Technical understanding of APIs and cloud-based architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Create high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
• Analyse impact of product changes and document requirements.
• Use data to generate insights for product decisions.
• Support end-to-end delivery of the RTR gateway.
