Business Systems Analyst – Digital Platform (Payments)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with experience in digital payments and API integrations. The ideal candidate will work on initiatives involving Interac e-Transfer, system enhancements, and integration projects, translating business requirements into technical solutions within a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Work on Interac e‑Transfer integrations and upgrade initiatives
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
• Manage and prioritize backlog items, ensuring timely delivery
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, data quality issues, and risks
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and recommend solutions
• Support API integration and digital platform enhancements
• Communicate updates and manage stakeholder expectations
• Assess system capabilities and recommend improvements
• Support development, testing, and implementation activities
