Job summary

Payments Canada, a public purpose, non-profit organization central to Canada’s payment ecosystem, seeks a Senior Product Analyst, Emerging Payment Products, to drive business analysis and product initiatives for real-time payments.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable specifications, collaborate with UX/UI and engineering, and support market research and governance across RTR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum five to seven years of work experience in business analysis, product management, or project management.
• Experience in payments ecosystem and real-time payment knowledge is highly valued.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex product strategy requirements into granular functional specifications and journey maps.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineering to refine layouts, interactions and screen flows.
• Maintain product backlog in Jira/Confluence with clearly defined user stories and estimates.
• Provide first-level analytical input into product vision and strategic evolution of real-time payments.
