Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Regional Growth Leader to join Infrastructure's growth leadership team. This role oversees market growth, developing new key accounts and campaigns, and aligning strategy with regional leaders to drive revenue growth.

The RGL will lead top-line accountability, strategize market expansion, and foster client development while collaborating with Regional Leaders, BCPLs, and Account Managers to win new work and strengthen regional portfolios.

• Develop and execute acquisitive and organic growth strategies for the region.
• Coordinate with BLs, SLs, BCPLs, and account managers to optimize regional pursuits.
