Stantec is seeking a Regional Business Leader for the Québec Region to drive health and safety, financial performance, client satisfaction, and people leadership across our Infrastructure practice. The role partners with North America colleagues to deliver results and ensure alignment with our One Infrastructure strategy.

Based in Québec/Montréal, you will lead regional BCs, set targets, foster high-performance teams, recruit and develop talent, and uphold our code of ethics while advancing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Registered or eligible to be licensed with the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
• Proven leadership and strategic business management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set ambitious regional goals for health, safety, financial performance, client satisfaction, and people engagement.
• Lead and coach BCs to achieve profit, utilization and margin targets while supporting growth and major projects.
• Collaborate with North America Infrastructure leaders to share best practices and drive cross-regional opportunities.
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing teams; manage recruitment, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with PM Framework and Integrated Management System; promote ethical practices.
• Represent the practice in external engagements and support acquisitions with integration of new team members.
