Job summary

Stantec is seeking a highly driven Regional Business Leader for the Québec Region to lead health and safety, financial performance, client satisfaction, and people engagement within the One Infrastructure framework.

You will report to the Infrastructure Business Operations Unit – Operations Leader for North America and partner with BCOLs, RBLs, and Growth teams to deliver strategic goals, elevate performance, and foster a high-performing region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with proven leadership experience.
• Strong financial discipline and P&L oversight abilities.
• Experience leading large teams and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety culture and performance across the region.
• Drive regional financial performance and operational excellence.
• Develop and retain high-performing teams with succession planning.
• Partner with BCs, Growth, and Major Projects to expand client base.
• Oversee recruitment, career development, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure PM framework compliance and project delivery standards.
