Job summary

Stantec Infrastructure is seeking a Regional Business Leader for the Québec Region to drive health and safety performance, financial results, and client satisfaction while leading people and delivery of key initiatives under the One Infrastructure approach.

You will report to the Infrastructure Business Operations Unit – Operations Leader for North America, guiding regional leaders, shaping strategy, and building high-performing teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible to register with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
• Professional engineer designation preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of multidisciplinary engineering experience.
• Based in Canada; willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Define regional business goals and execute plans for the Québec region.
• Partner with BCOLs to set P&L targets and drive growth.
• Monitor financial performance with Infrastructure BOU-OL.
• Lead recruitment, career development, and succession planning for the region.
• Ensure ISO PM Framework compliance and health/safety culture across the region.
