Job summary

Champion Petfoods is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Canada to lead and expand our digital commerce footprint across Canada. You will own the Canadian ecommerce roadmap end to end, including strategy, catalogue onboarding, and joint business planning, while driving online growth and brand integrity.

You will partner with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance to forecast and optimize performance, while delivering best-in-class digital shelf execution and cross‑functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing eCommerce accounts and day-to-day operations with major online retail/digital platforms in Canada.
• Proven track record in retail media investments, search advertising, and performance marketing budgets.
• Experience owning channel P&Ls or full commercial trade budgets and scaling digital business.
• Strong analytical skills; able to operate strategically and tactically in a lean environment.
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the digital commerce strategy in Canada to drive revenue, volume, and market share.
• Lead end-to-end operations for digital accounts including onboarding, data management, and go-live planning.
• Forecast demand with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance to set targets.
• Ensure digital shelf excellence with PDPs, SEO, bilingual content, ratings, and in-stock availability.
• Plan and optimize retail media investments to improve ROAS and acquisitions.
• Maintain price integrity and channel harmony across digital footprints.
• Track platform trends and implement improvements to reduce risks and capture growth.
• Define and report KPIs and dashboards for Canada’s digital commerce team.
