Job summary

DLF Canada Inc. in Lindsay, Ontario is seeking a People & Culture Manager, Canada to lead culture, compliance, and talent strategies at our Lindsay office. You will partner with leaders across functions to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring alignment with federal and provincial laws.

This onsite role requires integrity, confidentiality, and a collaborative leadership style. The package includes a competitive salary range of $110,000–$125,000 CAD plus benefits and bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR or People & Culture experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Canadian employment legislation.
• Experience supporting multiple provinces and locations preferred.
• Strong employee relations and investigations experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop People & Culture strategies aligned with objectives.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities.
• Oversee benefits, retirement plans, leave programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Develop leadership and training programs and drive engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with federal/provincial laws and company policies.
• Oversee HRIS, records management, and workforce analytics.
