Job summary

KDC/ONE is seeking a Payroll Specialist to administer the full Canadian payroll cycle for multiple Canadian locations. You will report to the Payroll Manager in New Jersey and coordinate with teams across Canada and the United States.

The role requires handling bi-weekly payrolls, ROEs, and government remittances, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and timelines. A hybrid work model is available, with strong benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• DEC in Accounting, Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Canadian payroll role.
• Demonstrated experience processing the full Canadian payroll cycle; knowledge of Canada tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and verify employee payroll records in the HR system.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and deductions per procedures.
• Prepare Records of Employment (ROEs) and process government remittances.
• Review payroll data with Finance and assist year-end activities.
• Support managers with timesheet management and compliance.
