Job summary

ServiceNow in Canada seeks a Director of Cybersecurity Sales to build and execute a go-to-market strategy, accelerating enterprise sales velocity and constructing a high-performing sales organization across Canada.

You will own sales strategy for the integrated security platform, drive channel acceleration, and expand the customer base in partnership with ServiceNow's GTM team, while engaging with C-level executives to understand business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of cybersecurity sales teams.
• Strong track record in enterprise sales in tech/security.
• Experience designing and executing GTM strategy for large markets.
• Ability to plan territories and quotas with senior stakeholders.
• Proven capability to engage with C-level executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a direct Sales Executives team in Canada.
• Own sales strategy and revenue delivery for the security platform.
• Develop territory plans and quotas with Sales Ops.
• Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline management.
• Achieve annual and quarterly sales goals.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and partners to align on business needs.
