Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized self-checkout area, free of fixtures, debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
• Educate customers on the proper and efficient use of self-service options.
• Observe customer activities to determine when assistance is needed and intervene politely when necessary, explaining the reasons for interventions while reassuring customers.
• Respond to EAS alarms and complete the 'Failure to Deactivate' log.
• Notify the Customer Service Manager of cash shortages or technical issues in the self-service area.
• Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated area after use.

Minimum Qualifications

Age 16 or older.
