What You'll Do...

1. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized self-checkout area, free of debris and hazards.
2. Educate customers on the proper and efficient use of self-service options.
3. Promote company programs such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives.
4. Observe customer activities to determine when assistance is needed.
5. Politely explain and reassure customers during interventions or quality checks, emphasizing that these are standard procedures.
6. Respond to EAS alarms and complete related logs.
7. Notify the Customer Service Manager of cash shortages or technical issues in the self-checkout area.
8. Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated areas after use.

Minimum Qualifications...

Must be 16 years or older.
