Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, ensuring no debris, extraneous objects, or liquids are present.
• Show customers the correct and efficient use of self-checkout stations, if necessary.
• Promote company programs such as credit card services, product protection, and charity initiatives.
• Observe customer activities to identify if assistance is needed.
• Explain the reasons for interventions and quality checks politely, reassuring customers that these are standard protocols.
• Respond appropriately to SEA alarms and record "Demagnetization Failures."
• Contact customer service manager if cash levels are low or technical issues occur.
• Return portable scanners to the "Scan and Pay" display.
