This leadership role partners closely with the Canadian Sales organization — actively participating in sales calls, strategic account planning, demos, and customer events to accelerate revenue growth and customer adoption.

A primary focus is building exceptional clinical proficiency within the Canadian training team on key platforms including DermaV (vascular), eCO2 3D (fractional CO2 resurfacing), PicoSure Pro, Hollywood Spectra, LaseMD Ultra, Clarity II, XERF, and Mosaic 3D, enabling superior customer experiences and strong competitive positioning.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role that blends people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and direct field support to drive excellence in clinical education and market success.

  • Provide flexible support to North American initiatives and key U.S. accounts as business needs require.

Commercial Partnership & Field Support

  • Partner closely with Canadian Sales leadership and field representatives to support revenue objectives: participate in strategic sales calls, high-value demos, and key account activities.
  • Provide clinical expertise to help progress deals and support conversions, with emphasis on driving adoption of vascular, resurfacing, and picosecond technologies.
  • Offer flexible support for key North American opportunities as needed.

Training Program Development & Delivery

  • Develop and execute advanced training and upskilling programs (including train-the-trainer) to build deep clinical expertise across the training team on DermaV, eCO2 3D, PicoSure Pro, Hollywood Spectra, Clarity II, LaseMD Ultra, and Mosaic 3D.
  • Focus on clinical applications, optimized protocols, patient selection and outcomes, safety, and techniques that deliver differentiated results for customers and patients.
  • Work cross-functionally with the digital education team to implement training infrastructure for Canada, including onboarding frameworks, certification programs, SOPs, post-care guides, and clinical education materials that become standards for the Canadian territory.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to align clinical training with product design, launch timelines, clinical evidence generation, and global compliance initiatives.
  • Oversee new product introduction from a clinical training perspective: support prototype evaluations, clinical study input, launch planning, and post-market training to accelerate time-to-market and customer proficiency.

Professional Engagement & KOL Partnerships

  • Manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategies in partnership with Sales and Marketing, supporting clinical trials, symposia, peer-to-peer programs, and physician education that strengthen brand influence and clinical credibility.

Organizational Excellence

  • Establish processes to measure and improve training impact on sales success, customer adoption, and team performance; identify transformational opportunities for operational excellence within the clinical training organization.
  • Embody and deliver the 'Exceptional Everyday' by fostering a high-performance culture of collaboration, honesty and integrity, continuous improvement, respect for diverse opinions, and exceeding customer expectations.
