Job summary

Walmart Canada in Joliette, QC is seeking a maintenance cleaning associate to help run a structured cleaning program, control costs, and maintain a clean, safe shopping and working environment.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Stocking 3 Coach, following Food Safety standards, cleaning Fresh Departments, inspecting equipment, and maintaining supplies; a minimum age of 18 is required and starting pay is CAD 19.05 per hour.

• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
