Job summary

Walmart Canada in Edson, AB is seeking a maintenance cleaning team member to participate in a structured cleaning program that keeps the store clean and safe for customers and associates. The role involves coordinating with the Stocking 3 Coach, following food safety standards, and cleaning all Fresh Departments, coolers, freezers and fixtures.

Minimum age 18; wage starts at 16.95 CAD per hour, on-site at 5750 2ND AVE EDSON.

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
