Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Cleaning Associate to participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program, ensuring a clean and safe shopping and working environment while controlling expenses. You will comply with all Food Safety standards, clean Fresh Departments including coolers and freezers, inspect equipment, and ensure supplies are available.

Minimum age 18, starting wage from 16.95 CAD per hour, located at 156 87 AVE NW, EDMONTON, AB.

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.
