Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university degree/college diploma in computer sciences, information systems or information technology.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, setup and configuration; hardware repair.
• Familiarity with WAN/LAN/VPN and telephony systems.
• Working knowledge of MS Office365.
• Proven customer experience with strong communication skills.
• Understanding of Active Directory (AD) and SCCM is an asset.
• Graduation date in April 2027 or later.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Windows 11 laptops/desktops to end users according to timeline.
• Troubleshoot and provide post-upgrade support.
• Provide inventory control and lifecycle management for devices.
• Manage assets in the inventory system.
