Memorial University invites applications for a PC CONSULTANT III (Band Level 7) in the Office of the Chief Information Officer. This two-year contract role will be based at the Faculty of Nursing's satellite sites in Grand Falls-Windsor and Gander, with reporting to the OCIO manager on the St.

John's campus. You will support students, staff and faculty with lab, classroom and office technologies, provide desktop and mobile device support, perform network tasks, respond to help desk tickets, and

Qualifications

Four-year university degree in computer science required or equivalent experience.
Self-directed with strong task management and prioritization.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and applications is essential.

Responsibilities

Provide IT support for students, staff, and faculty onsite and remotely.
Administer lab, classroom, and office technologies, plus desktop and mobile devices.
Perform network support tasks such as switch replacements and VOIP services.
Respond to and track help desk tickets and research complex issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders and sites including Labrador and St. John's campuses.
