Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays and late nights.
• Smart Server Certification, preferred.
• Ability to remain flexible and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily staffing levels to control labor costs and drive efficiency.
• Support catering logistics by coordinating with drivers to meet standards.
• Ensure events are executed smoothly and logistics meet client requirements.
• Manage production costs, supply costs and inventory per operation standards.
• Audit service and quality for bar, buffets, dinners and other client services.
• Train and supervise staff while adhering to Aramark policies and procedures.
