Qualifications

• 3+ years' leadership experience.
• 1+ years' food services experience.
• Experience working with Starbucks or similar coffee brand is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Run clean, well-organized shifts prioritizing safety, efficiency, and customer service.
• Team Coaching & Development: Lead and motivate partners, provide real-time feedback, foster a positive team environment.
• Customer Experience: Model customer-first behaviors and handle feedback professionally.
• Inventory & Cash Handling: Assist with inventory, product ordering, drawer balancing, and cash routines.
• Quality & Standards: Ensure items meet Starbucks standards and health and safety guidelines.
