Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a Tim's Horton's Baker to support on-campus operations at Redeemer University, baking fresh goods for students and staff. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm, reporting to the supervisor.

You will work with Tim Hortons equipment, maintain safety standards, and provide friendly service. Training is provided where needed; previous baking or food service experience is an asset.

• Previous baking or food service experience is an asset, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of quality baked goods and food items according to recipes.
• Set up workstations with required ingredients, equipment and supplies.
• Measure, weigh, mix and prepare ingredients for production.
• Operate baking equipment including ovens and mixers.
• Follow Tim Hortons procedures and product standards.
• Store food safely and maintain sanitation standards.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Support teammates and assist with other duties as required.
• Deliver friendly service to guests and maintain a positive attitude.
• Adhere to all workplace safety policies.
