Qualifikationen

• Camp-scale cooking experience in remote settings.
• Food Safe certification is required.
• Ability to commit to a 3week on/3 week off rotation.
• A team-player who is committed to client satisfaction.
• Must have government-issued photo ID for travel to site.
• Must pass Drug/Alcohol and Health Assessment tests.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Meet daily with the First Cook to discuss menu preparation and production strategy.
• Assist the First Cook in preparing all menu items as needed.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Prepare and serve hot breakfast when required.
• Replenish desserts and condiment stations as needed.
• Assist in cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and serving areas.
• Assist with baking as required.
• Adhere to proper food handling guidelines and storage procedures.
