Workwolf is recruiting this role on behalf of our client.
Your primary responsibility is to acquire a high volume of quality monthly donors for major charities across Canada and the United States. You'll engage in value-based selling, build relationships with potential and existing donors, and play a key role in the success of fundraising campaigns. Beyond hitting targets, you'll help empower communities by sharing their stories and transforming how Canadians think about charitable giving.
Successful candidates are motivated to grow as sales professionals, cultivate positive relationships, and pursue advancement opportunities.
Enthusiastically engage prospective, existing, and lapsed donors to understand their needs, tailor the offering, and acquire monthly donations to meet individual and team weekly targets.
Participate and contribute in daily team huddles to build sales skills, support team learning, and refine tactics.
Develop creative solutions to donor challenges including policy changes, technology issues, representative verification, and charity knowledge gaps.
Execute against departmental donor acquisition strategy, track results, and develop creative new strategies with an entrepreneurial mindset to meet KPIs.
Experience: 1-2 years in a sales role as an individual contributor.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills with natural charisma, social intelligence, and persuasiveness.
Competitive drive and internal motivation to exceed targets from day one.
Friendly, perseverant self-starter comfortable engaging a wide range of personalities on the phone.
